The illuminated plain language display with four lines, the modern menu design and the possibility for software updating through the integrated interface make this control unit not only a switching unit but also a truly hightech distributing centre for small wastewater treatment plants. Whether it is weekly running times, manual accessing or interruptions to the function – every action is recorded in an electronic logbook, similar to the telephone book in a mobile telephone. In this way, for example, the maintenance service can still check all important events even months later. The under voltage signaling system UVS in addition ensures that a fall in the supply voltage does not go unnoticed. Naturally ATB, with all this, has also thought about the future; should the legal requirements increase further, using Pro-Control you can profit through the Update and Expansion Option from all further developments - even years later. Through this the treatment performance of the plant can be improved even still further. This is already possible today using the AQUAmax PLUS-package (nitrogen removal).
AQUAmax – PROFESSIONAL XL
With the new control centre of the AQUAmax PROFESSIONAL XL you always have your plant perfectly under control. 
The AQUAmax PROFESSIONAL XL has it in two versions, Type XL1 for single-line wastewater treatment plants up to 250 PT and Type XL2 for two-line wastewater treatment plants up to 500 PT. Here, each control type is manufactured identically and is equipped for all demands and additional options.
The illuminated clear-text display using four digits, modern menu control and the possibility for software update make this control unit into the truly high-tech control centre of your wastewater treatment plant. Whether it is weekly running times, manual interventions or disruptions of functions – every action is recorded in an electronic logbook similar to the telephone book in a mobile telephone. Thus, for example, the responsible maintenance service can, using the stored occurrences, look at and analyse error messages which have resulted. Furthermore, each maintenance service has the possibility of entering its own maintenance interval and its own telephone number which, with necessary maintenance, appears on the display and blinks alternately with the status indicator.
The series equipping with the voltage failure detection system UVS® ensures that a lowering of the supply voltage does not remain unnoticed. A switch cabin heating system with ventilator protects the electronic components against cold and moisture. The protection of each unit via its own residual circuit current breaker increases the operating safety of the plant and simplifies fault finding, as using this the defective unit can be switched off deliberately and all further functions remain unaffected. 
Naturally, with all this, ATB has thought about the future: should the legal requirements increase further you can profit from all further developments with the proControl® by means of the update and expansion option. Through this the treatment performance of the plant can be improved continuously. This is already possible today using the AQUAmax® UV disinfection system and the dosing station for phosphate precipitation. Further expansion options such as the GSM module for automatic error reporting and error remote acknowledgment are already available.
